Phangaro (Sweet Potato slices)

Ingredients

2 Sweet potato
Oil to fry
Little salt

Method

  1. Wash the sweet potatoes and peel the skin off. Slice the potatoes lengthwise. Rub little salt and leave it for few minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a heavy pan and fry the potato slices until cooked.
  3. Serve hot.
